Week 3 Term 2

Thank you to all those parents who have advised the school on whether their child will be attending from Week 3.

Despite the larger group of students returning to school this week, we will remain with teaching the same content for home and school to cater for those at home.

CHILDREN RETURNING TO SHOOL

Please be aware that parents are still not permitted on school grounds. Please refer to the previous email from the school outlining the pick up procedure.

If you child is returning, please ensure that they bring their charged laptop and a pair of headphones is ESSENTIAL.

It would be a good idea to stagger the books being returned.
This is a breakdown of the books they will need each day:

FRIDAY

At the moment there is no set homework, however if any work is not completed at home or school on any given day then it automatically becomes homework and is due back the next day.

CHILDREN CONTINUING TO LEARN AT HOME

Click here to access the Learing Schedule for Week 3

Please note that due to the increased numbers of children at school, we are unable to provide Loom Clips and Teams teaching sessions for at home learners as the teachers attention is required for the increased face to face teaching and to support those students in class.  Rather than have input from us, your child will require input from you, particularly in their math sessions.

The Home Learning Programme has reverted back to the structure from last Term with activities being noted under subject headings rather than days of the week.

We will have two weekly Teams Sessions where both child and parent may ask any questions for the week’s work:
Monday afternoon at 1.30pm (Kathy Holt)
Thursday morning at 9:00am (Mr Torrese)

We will still be checking the Teams chat channel regularly throughout the day for any questions that may arise.  Emails are always welcome. We will reply as soon as we can.

We hope you celebrated a lovely Mother’s Day with your families!

Kathy and Adrian
